I wonder why DNB Respiratory Is such a neglected speciality. While I understand it doesnt earn the NAtboad a million bucks like the other specialities do, I fail to understand whi this Forum too ignores us completely.

I wanted to add and upload some material/papers but there seems to be no sepatated column for us.
Kindly corect me if I'm wrong.

Dear Resp. Physician,
Don't lose heart regarding the importance of Resp. Medicine. This speciality got its new and useful wings with the start of DNB in this speciality, as such. Previously, it was hibernated, with this specialists dealing cases only/related to Tuberculosis. With the onset of this speciality in DNB, there has been excellent progress in this speciality. Sleep Medicine with the different types of apnoeas; is found to be useful not only to the dealing Resp. physician, but the human's sleep architecture is normalised. I did DTCD and DNB in Resp. Med. To get the final qualification, DNB, there needed good work-outs, whereas to pass MD-TBCD is rather simple. I'm not telling unreal metters. I came across hundreds of Resp. specialists and this point is delivered by most of them. The importance of Noin-Invasive Ventilation and the further courses in Critical-Care Med. not only fetch viital knowledge, but also makes you a useful ingridient to the community.
